The 2025 UEFA European Under-19 Championship qualification is a men's under-19 national football team competition that will determine the seven teams joining the automatically qualified hosts Romania in the 2025 UEFA European Under-19 Championship final tournament.
Russia was excluded from participating in the tournament due to the ongoing invasion of Ukraine.
The following criteria are applied (Regulations Articles 15.01 and 15.02):[1] The draw for the qualifying round was held on 3 May 2024, at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
The draw for the elite round was held on 5 December 2024 at 11:00 CET at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
Portugal which received a bye to the elite round, were automatically seeded into Pot A.
