The 2025 USC Trojans football team will represent the University of Southern California (USC) as a second-year member of the Big Ten Conference during the 2025 NCAA Division I FBS football season.

The team is led by their fourth-year head coach Lincoln Riley, and play their home games at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum located in Los Angeles.
