The 2025 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship Division III consisted of two international under-20 ice hockey tournaments organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation.

Division III A represents the sixth tier and Division III B the seventh tier of the IIHF World Junior Championship.

For each tier's tournament, the first-placed team was promoted to the next higher division, while the bottom-placed team from Group A was relegated to Group B.

The Division III A tournament was played in Istanbul, Turkey, from 27 January to 2 February 2025.
