2026 United States House of Representatives elections

The 2026 United States House of Representatives elections are scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, as part of the 2026 midterm elections during President Donald Trump's second, non-consecutive term.

Voters will elect representatives from all 435 congressional districts across each of the 50 U.S. states, as well as five of the six non-voting delegates from the District of Columbia and the inhabited U.S. territories.

In 2026, most states will use the same districts created in the redistricting cycle following the 2020 census, which were first used in the 2022 elections.

However, maps have changed or would change in several states, often due to legal challenges made based on partisan or racial gerrymandering.
