80th Ohio Infantry Regiment

The 80th Ohio Infantry was organized Canal Dover, Ohio October 1861 through January 1862 and mustered in for three years service on January 11, 1862,[1][2][3] under the command of Colonel Ephraim R. Eckley.

The regiment was attached to District of Paducah, Kentucky, to April 1862.

2nd Brigade, 7th Division, Left Wing, XIII Corps, Department of the Tennessee, to December 1862.

2nd Brigade, 7th Division, XVI Corps, Army of the Tennessee, to January 1863.

The 80th Ohio Infantry mustered out of service at Little Rock, Arkansas, on August 15, 1865.
