Dr. Abdirizak Omar Mohamed (Somali: Cabdirisaaq Cumar Maxamed, Arabic: عبد الرزاق عمر محمد) is a prominent Somali politician who has held several key positions in the Federal Government of Somalia.

He served as the Minister of Natural Resources and later as the Senior Policy Advisor to the President of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.

Additionally, he is currently a member of the Federal Parliament of Somalia's House of the People.

On 12 August 2022, Mohamed was successful in being elected as the next Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Somalia.

In exchange for a US$7 million signature bonus to the Central Bank of Somalia, Coastline was allowed to move forward with its exploration program for new oil fields off the Somali coast.
