Little River-Academy is a city in Bell County, Texas, United States.
The intersection in Academy is 10 miles (16 km) south of the city of Temple.

20.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
Because of fights with Native Americans, early Texans settled near the fort.
Academy is also home to Bell County Alternative School, which serves Holland, Salado, Bartlett, Troy, and Rogers.
