Acanthodoris is a genus of sea slugs, dorid nudibranchs, shell-less marine gastropod mollusks in the family Onchidorididae.
[1] The genus is believed to have originated in the Atlantic Ocean in the Cretaceous period and spread to the Pacific Ocean.
