Adam Dźwigała (born 25 September 1995) is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for FC St. Pauli.
He made his professional debut for Białystok's first team in the Ekstraklasa on 29 September 2012 in a 1–1 draw against Pogoń Szczecin.
He scored his first goal on 3 March 2013 in a 2-1 win against Górnik Zabrze and became the youngest goalscorer for Jagiellonia Białystok ever.
[3][4] In July 2019, he moved to Portugal and signed a contract with Portuguese first division club Aves.
In August 2018, Dźwigała was called up for the Poland national team for two matches against Italy and Ireland, but did not make an appearance in either game.
