[5] He was born into a Kazakh family on 27 November 1995 in township Russkaya Polyana, Omsk Oblast, Russia.
He started playing ice hockey in primary school, but after changed this sport to Greco-Roman wrestling.
[9] In February 2022, he was runner-up at the Russian Championships, where he lost to world champion Abuyazid Mantsigov of Vladimir Oblast in the final match.
[11] In October 2022, he won the Poddubny wrestling league 2, in the final defeating world runner-up Sergey Kutuzov.
[12] In December 2022, he beat world champion Malkhas Amoyan of Armenia at the Poddubny wrestling league 3 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan[13] In February 2023, Tiuliubaev took the bronze medal from the Russian Championships.
