Agios Nikolaos (Greek: Άγιος Νικόλαος, "Saint Nicholas") is an islet with a church (Agios Nikolaos) on the northern coast of Crete in the Aegean Sea.

Administratively, it is located within the municipality of Georgioupoli, in Chania regional unit.
