Agnieszka Winczo (born 24 August 1984) is a Polish former professional footballer who played as a forward.

She previously played for Czarni Sosnowiec, Gol Częstochowa and Unia Racibórz in the Polish Ekstraliga.

[1] Winczo has made several appearances for the Poland women's national football team, including four times in the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup qualifying rounds.

[3] She has also played for the team in the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup qualifying rounds,[4] scoring a hat-trick in a 4–1 away victory over Romania on 31 March 2010.
