Ainslie Kemp (born 18 March 1997) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for the Hawthorn Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW) competition.

[1] After initially being named as an emergency, she made her debut in the six point win against Carlton at Casey Fields in round four of the 2017 season.
