[6] He competed at the 2018 Winter Cup where he won silver on floor and parallel bars and bronze in the all-around.

Modi returned to competition at the 2021 U.S. National Championships where he finished sixth in the all-around.

[12] Modi's cousin, Raj Bhavsar, was also a member of the United States men's national artistic gymnastics team and won an Olympic Bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics.
