Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor (Japanese: ロクでなし魔術講師と禁忌教典, Hepburn: Roku de Nashi Majutsu Kōshi to Akashikku Rekōdo) is a Japanese light novel series written by Tarō Hitsuji and illustrated by Kurone Mishima.

What they do not know is that he is hiding his power and that he is a former assassin from the Imperial Court Mage Corps with a remorseful past who is suffering severe depression.
