Aksay (Kazakh: Ақсай, romanized: Aqsai) is a town in north-western Kazakhstan.
It is the administrative center of Borili District in West Kazakhstan Region.

Aksay has a hot-summer humid continental climate (Köppen climate classification Dfa).
