Albert Gallup (January 30, 1796 – November 5, 1851) was a U.S. Representative from New York, serving on term from 1837 to 1839.

He later studied law, was admitted to the bar, and practiced in Albany.
[3] On April 26, 1818, he married Eunice Smith (1799–1872), daughter of Capt.
[6] Together, they were the parents of:[1] Gallup died on November 5, 1851, in Providence, Rhode Island.
