Albert Tate Jr.

Albert A. Tate Jr. (September 23, 1920 – March 27, 1986), was a long-serving Louisiana judge.

from George Washington University in 1941, and was a U.S. Army special agent during World War II, from 1942 to 1945, thereafter receiving an LL.B.

[1] Tate was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on July 31, 1979, to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, to a new seat created by 92 Stat.

His service was terminated on March 27, 1986, due to his death in New Orleans, Louisiana.
