Aleksei Mikhailovich Sherstnyov (Russian: Алексей Михайлович Шерстнёв; born 1 May 1975) is a Russian professional football coach and a former player.

He made his professional debut in the Russian Second Division in 1992 for FC Saturn Ramenskoye.
