Alex Dieringer

Alex David Dieringer (born June 6, 1993) is an American freestyle wrestler and graduated folkstyle wrestler.

In freestyle, he has had success in both the international and national circuit, claiming medals from tournaments such as the Bill Farrell Memorial, the Ivan Yarygin Grand Prix, the US Open, among others.

[1] As a folkstyle wrestler, Dieringer was a three-time NCAA Division I national champion, 2016 Dan Hodge Trophy winner, four-time All-American, and four-time Big 12 Conference champion at Oklahoma State University.
