He attended Trinity College in East Perth for his secondary schooling.

[1] Fasolo was Collingwood's first draft pick in 2010, and was given Simon Prestigiacomo's number 35 guernsey.

[2] He made his debut in Round 12 of the 2011 season in the Queen's Birthday Clash against Melbourne,[3] scoring a goal with his first kick in League football.

[4] Fasolo was nominated for the 2011 AFL Rising Star award after his round 22 match against Brisbane Lions.

[5] At the conclusion of the 2018 season, Fasolo moved to Carlton as an unrestricted free agent.
