She has won four LET titles including the 2023 VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open and 2024 Amundi German Masters.

In 2017, she finished third at the Helen Holm Scottish Women's Open Championship, 7 strokes behind Linn Grant.
In 2021, she shared the Match in the Desert individual title with teammate Linn Grant, after firing a 68 in the opening round.
[5] Försterling turned professional in December 2022 and joined the 2023 Ladies European Tour after shooting the lowest score at LET Q-School at La Manga in Spain, alongside compatriot Polly Mack.
