The women's super-G competition of the Vancouver 2010 Paralympics was held at Whistler Blackcomb in Whistler, British Columbia.

The competition was rescheduled to Friday, March 19, and Saturday, March 20, due to weather conditions.

In the super-G visually impaired, the athlete with a visual impairment has a sighted guide.
