América Futebol Clube (MG) (women)

América Futebol Clube, commonly known as América Mineiro or Spartanas, is a Brazilian women's Association football club, based in the city of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.

They won the Campeonato Mineiro de Futebol Feminino three times.

After having a women's football section in 1983, president Alencar da Silveira Júnior returned the team to an active status in 2015, and presented the squad in July.
