Amin Jahan Kohan (Persian: امین جهان‌کهن; born 7 March 1993) is an Iranian football midfielder who plays for the Iranian club Aluminium Arak.

He made his debut for Foolad on January 11, 2012 against Mes Sarcheshmeh as a substitute for Hakim Nassari.
