Amir-e Sofla (Persian: اميرسفلي)[a] is a village in Qaleh-ye Mozaffari Rural District of the Central District of Selseleh County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 773 in 165 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
