Vanzolini's worm lizard (Amphisbaena vanzolinii) is a species of amphisbaenian in the family Amphisbaenidae.

The species is native to northern South America.

The specific name, vanzolinii, is in honor of Brazilian herpetologist Paulo Vanzolini.
