In 2004, she won the gold medal in the fours with Jayne Christie, Jean Baker and Ellen Falkner at the 2004 World Outdoor Bowls Championship.

[16][17] In the fours, her team won the gold medal defeating Australia in the final.

In 2024, Pharaoah was named in the team for the 2024 European Bowls Championships[18] and won the gold medal in the singles.
