Anca Gabriela Grigoraș (later Mihăilescu, born 8 November 1957) is a retired Romanian artistic gymnast who won team silver medals at the 1976 Olympics and the 1978 World Championships.

She began her training at the Onesti "Flacara" (The Flame) sports club at age 9, and in 1972 moved to CS Dinamo Bucuresti.

After retiring from competition, Grigoraș coached gymnasts at her native club, Dinamo Bucharest.
