Andrea Giannini (born 18 December 1976) is a retired Italian pole vaulter.
[1] He finished tenth at the 2003 Summer Universiade, and competed at the 1997 World Indoor Championships and the 1997 World Championships without reaching the final.
[3] His personal best jump was 5.65 metres, achieved in July 1997 in Milan.
[2][4] After retirement, he became a sport journalist and athletics coach.
He coaches the paralympic champion Oscar Pistorius during his trainings in Italy.
