Anisolepis grilli, commonly known as Boulenger's tree lizard and papa-vento-do-rabo-rajado in Brazilian Portuguese, is a species of lizard in the family Leiosauridae.
The specific name, grilli, is in honor of Italo-Brazilian physician Giuseppe Franco Grillo.
