Anne Howard (March 18, 1925 – April 22, 1991), was an American actress.
[1] In 1929, Howard's film career started as a child actress.
[1] Her work included portraying Estella in Great Expectations (1934 film) (1934), a role for which she was chosen because she resembled Jane Wyatt, who portrayed the adult Estella.
[2] Howard retired from acting in 1966, then became active in civic affairs.
[1] On April 22, 1991, Howard died of a cerebral hemorrhage in Los Angeles, California.
