Antonio Martín Espina (born June 18, 1966) is a Spanish retired professional basketball player.

After playing with Estudiantes, in the 1982–83 season, Martín moved to Real Madrid.

Martín was a member of the senior Spain men's national team.

In July 2018, Martín was named the President of the Spanish ACB.

His brother, Fernando Martín Espina, also played with Real Madrid.
