Antonio Pérez (archbishop)

[3] He was born in Santo Domingo de Silos, Spain on 2 May 1562 and ordained a priest in the Order of Saint Benedict.

[4][5] On 17 May 1627, he was appointed during the papacy of Pope Urban VIII as Bishop of Urgell.

[3][4] On 23 August 1627, he was consecrated bishop by Antonio Zapata y Cisneros, Cardinal-Priest of Santa Balbina.

[4] On 21 February 1633, he was appointed during the papacy of Pope Urban VIII as Bishop of Lérida.

[2][4] On 28 November 1633, he was appointed during the papacy of Pope Urban VIII as Archbishop of Tarragona.
