Anversa degli Abruzzi

Anversa degli Abruzzi (Abruzzese: Anvèrsë) is a comune and town in the province of L'Aquila in the Abruzzo region of southern Italy.

It is one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia ("The most beautiful villages of Italy").

[3] In the surrounding areas between the Cenozoic and Mesozoic there was a carbonate sedimentation (the rocks near contain various carbonates, mainly including calcium carbonate in the form of compact limestone).

In the 20th century the population underwent a significant population decline (especially for places that offer better job opportunities, including Sulmona).
