[1] On 12 March 2013, choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant announced on Twitter that she is directing a song for Bombay Talkies, celebrating 100 years of Indian cinema.

Trivedi kept the basic tune of the song 'neutral' and fit in the different style requirement of different eras of Hindi cinema from the 1930s till date (2010s).
