Archdale, North Carolina

Archdale is a city in Guilford and Randolph counties in the U.S. state of North Carolina.

Located 15 miles southwest of Greensboro, it is part of the Greensboro-High Point Metropolitan Statistical Area of the Piedmont Triad metro region.

Muddy Creek, a tributary of the Deep River rises within the city limits of Archdale.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 11,907 people, 4,596 households, and 2,977 families residing in the city.

26.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

Voters in the area held a referendum, though residents of Trinity decided not to join Archdale.
