Arlington is a neighborhood and census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York, United States.

Arlington is located at 41°41′42″N 73°53′31″W / 41.69500°N 73.89194°W / 41.69500; -73.89194 (41.694943, -73.892054),[3] in the north-central part of the town of Poughkeepsie.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.66 square miles (1.7 km2), all land.

34.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.3% were someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
