Armenia–Bulgaria relations

Both countries are full members of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation[1] and the Council of Europe.

[7][8] On 24 April 2015, the Bulgaria National Assembly passed a resolution acknowledging "the mass extermination of Armenians in the Ottoman Empire and declares April 24 a Day of Remembrance".

[9] The two nations signed an agreement on the regulation of labor on 12 February 2018.

[10] In June 2022, Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia met with the President of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev to celebrate 30 years of relations between the nations, and addressed opportunities and challenges in their relationship.

Bulgaria has supported the resolution of the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh region by peaceful negotiations.
