Arturo Fernández Meyzán (3 February 1910 – 27 November 1999) was a Peruvian football defender who played for Peru in the 1930 FIFA World Cup.
[1] He also played for Universitario de Deportes, and for Peru at the 1936 Summer Olympics.
[4] He also represented them in friendly matches against the Argentine club Independiente in October 1940, alongside his compatriots César Socarraz, Pablo Pasache and his brother Teodoro.
[5] He was the older brother of the professional footballers Teodoro, also a Peruvian international, and Eduardo Fernández.
