Aruban Olympic Committee

The Aruban Olympic Committee (Papiamento: Comité Olímpico Arubano) was established in 1985 after Aruba separated from the Netherlands Antilles.

Previously, Aruba was represented by the Netherlands Antilles Olympic Committee (NAOC).

It received recognition the following year from the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

The team outgrew their quarters and in 2023 they moved to a new building at the nearby Vondellaan.

Thomas Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee, had the honour to open the facility.
