Askartza (Spanish: Ascarza) is a hamlet and concejo in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz, in Álava province, Basque Country, Spain.
Askartza was one of the hamlets administered by the Brotherhood of Arriaga that were ceded to Vitoria in 1331.
