Asgarabad (Persian: عسگراباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Quchan Atiq Rural District of Quchan Atiq District, Quchan County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

[4] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Shahr-e Kohneh,[5] now a city.

[6] At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 702 in 193 households, when it was in the Central District.

[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 272 people in 88 households.
