Ashington is a village and civil parish in the Horsham District of West Sussex, England.

It lies on the A24 road 3 miles (4.8 km) north-east of Storrington.

In the 2001 census 2351 people lived in 905 households, of whom 1286 were economically active.

Starting in 1999, it attained Charter Development status with Sussex FA in 2009.
