The Astarachay (Talysh: Ostororü, Persian: آستاراچای, Azerbaijani: Astaraçay) is a small river that defines the eastern border between Iran and Azerbaijan in Western Asia.

After flowing in a canyon through the Alborz mountain range, it reaches its mouth on the southwestern Caspian coast.
