Astrid Rødmyr

Astrid Vigenstad (married name Rødmyr; 30 March 1940 – 9 April 2021) was a Norwegian orienteering competitor and World champion.

[2] She won a gold medal in the 1968 World Orienteering Championships with the Norwegian Relay team, along with Astrid Hansen and Ingrid Hadler,[3] and placed 10th in the individual contest.

[4] She won a bronze medal in the relay in the 1970 World Orienteering Championships, along with Kristin Danielsen and Ingrid Hadler.

[5] In 1971 she competed in the Nordic championships in Sundsvall, where she was part of the winning Norwegian relay team.

[2] Astrid Vigenstad hailed from Dovre, and settled as schoolteacher in Lillehammer from the mid 1970s.
