The mixed 4 × 100 metres relay event, also called the Universal 4 x 100 metre relay at the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Stade de France, Paris, both heats and finals, took place on 6 September 2024.

Prior to the competition, the existing records were as follows:[1] As T11 and T12 athletes were eligible for this event, a maximum of four teams could take part in each race, necessitating heats.

The four fastest teams across all heats qualified for the final.
