Demaría also played for Gimnasia de La Plata, Estudiantil Porteño and Club Atlético Independiente in Argentina and Novara, Legnano and Cosenza in Italy.
Demaría represented the Argentina national team on three occasions between 1930 and 1931, and took part in the 1930 World Cup, winning a runners-up medal.
