Augustus Pingry Hunton (February 23, 1816 – June 20, 1911) was a Vermont lawyer and Senator.
[1] He was raised in Hyde Park and Johnson, Vermont, studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1837.
Hunton usually practiced in conjunction with one other attorney, and one of his early partners was Governor Julius Converse.
