Balakhtinsky District (Russian: Балахти́нский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[7] district (raion), one of the forty-three in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia.
The area of the district is 10,250 square kilometers (3,960 sq mi).
[2] Its administrative center is the urban locality (an urban-type settlement) of Balakhta.
